This page has been set up to improve how we manage the process of colleagues, athletes and partners hiring STS equipment. It is a work in progress so please be patient but also pass on any comments about how we could improve the process for the future.

Instructions on how to make a booking

To book a an item of equipment for multiple days, or to book multiple items, select the ‘Enable multiple selection’ button below.

  • Above the calendar and below the month there is a drop down option - use this to select the item you wish to book.

  • Using the calendar below, select the month you would like to make the booking.

  • Days with green dots in the bottom left denote days when the item is available (this calendar will not allow bookings less that are within the next 7 days, if you wish to make a booking in that time, please contact the STS Office).

  • On selecting a day, a dark grey bar will appear with the booking date showing as a link - select this link to book this item for this day.

  • If you are just booking the one item for one day, you will get taken to the section where you are asked to provide your details.

  • If you are booking multiple items, repeat this process to book the item out for multiple days and/or to add additional items. Once you have made all your selections, click the ‘Book’ button and you will be asked to provide your details.

In all cases, bookings are provisional and are subject to approval. You will be contacted within a few days with an update on your booking.

Where relevant, once the bookings have been approved, an invoice will be issued along with the booking confirmation.
