Saturday 2nd September saw the last 3P event of the 2017 Grand Prix series and it was another well attended competition. In the qualification phase, Gemma Kermode had a good shoot scoring 569 and Vikki Wall achieved a 560. Neil Stirton shot an 1148 with Ruarairdh Macleod second on 1130. In the Women's final, the honours on the day went to Rachel Glover, Gemma Kermode and Vikki Walls, 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. However, by 2 points the series winner was Sheena Sharp. In the Men's final, Neil Stirton, Ruaraidh Macleod and Donal McIntosh were 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively. The Men's 3P GP series went to Ruaraidh Macleod with 42 points. Congratulations to the series winners. I hope to see you all next year and please encourage more 3P shooters to come along.
Saturday night saw the show get on the road, with the targets being loaded up to be moved to Gagie.
