The third air rifle GP was held in Kincardine today. Vikki Walls led the day in the qualifying stage with an excellent 609.5. Ruaraidh Macleod, Bearsden continued his progress in the ranking with a new personal best of 597.6. The local club, Alloa, was well represented with 50% of the entries. With Vikki winning the final, she extended her lead in the Grand Prix rankings.

The results for the classes were as follows:

Class A: 1st Vikki Walls, 2nd Robin Law

Class B: 1st Gordon Bailey, 2nd Ruaraidh Macleod

Class C: 1st Jamie Downes, 2nd Jackie Smith

Class D: 1st Davie McKenzie

Prizes in each class were tins of pellets courtesy of RWS.

The honours in the final went to:

1st: Vikki Walls

2nd: Tom Diggle

3rd: Ruaraidh Macleod
