Double Trap members of the STS Performance Programme were in Malaga last week for a training camp in preparation for the 2018 Commonwealth Games and the 2018 shooting season.
In attendance were Shooters Calum Fraser, David McMath and Linda Pearson. They worked together with coach Marco Micheli who helped them with final preparations to ensure they are in best condition going into the Commonwealth Games in the Gold Coast where they will be competing as part of Team Scotland.
The preparations were also key to help them prepare for the rest of the shooting season where their aspirations will be to be selected as a member of the GB Team to compete at the European and World Championships.
At the end of the training camp, a couple of competition tests were conducted with the shooters achieving some great scores, looking in good shape ahead of the first competition of the year, the Cyprus Grand Prix in Nicosia, next week.
