The Rifle and Pistol teams for the European 10m Air Championships 2019 to be held in Osijek, Croatia from the 16th March have been announced by British Shooting. Seonaid McIntosh will compete in the 10m Air Rifle senior Women and the 10m Air Rifle Mixed Event and Aedan Evans will compete in the 10m Air Pistol Senior Men
These Championships are the first major event of the 2019 competition calendar for Rifle and Pistol as the team continues its journey towards the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Great Britain have already achieved one quota place through Seonaid Mcintosh’s fantastic 4th place finish at last year’s World Championships in Changwon, KOR.
The European Shooting Confederation last year launched new style team finals in addition to the Olympic individual and Mixed Events in both senior and junior categories for both men and women and these are being repeated this year.
