STS Performance and Pathways Manager, Jen Ross, has now begun her maternity leave. We all wish Jen and husband Andrew all the best for the adventures of parenthood.

Billy Mitchell has been appointed to fill the post during Jen’s leave period and had been shadowing her during November and December to become acquainted with the role.

Billy has over 20 years of coaching, administrative and management experience in various sporting capacities and has worked with a number of National Governing Bodies over the years, both as an employee and as a contractor. Prior to his coaching career, he has competed internationally for Scotland in shooting and is very much looking forward to working with you all over the next few months.

Billy told us, “I’m delighted to take up this role in a sport that I was so involved in previously. I look forward to working with our Performance and Pathway coaches, athletes and support staff while Jen is on leave.”
