Performance & Pathways Manager (Maternity Cover)
The Performance and Pathways Manager role is crucial in developing the Performance Programme to support Scotland’s current generation of talented athletes and building pathways to identify and develop talent for the future. STS is looking for someone to cover this role for a minimum of 6 months for when the current post holder goes on maternity leave.

Pistol, Rifle & Shotgun Breakthrough Coaches
STS has the exciting opportunity of driving the Performance Programme for shooting in Scotland. We are looking to support people already coaching in clubs to take their coaching to the next level. Breakthrough coaches will help identify talented individuals and support squads from the STS performance programme. We are calling them ‘breakthrough’ because both the coaches themselves, and the athletes they will be supporting, are breaking through to the next level. Breakthrough coaches will receive expenses, mentoring to develop their coaching and support from STS to undertake coaching qualifications and wider development training (i.e. nutrition, psychology, child protection etc.). We are looking to support up to two candidates per discipline.
