Mid Argyll Shooting Club has been working on hard on trying to secure funding to develop the club. They have done the hard work of putting together a plan for their development and being successfully selected to compete for the Aviva Community Fund but now they need your vote to make sure their hard work pays off.
Scottish Target Shooting (STS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Ross (previously McIntosh) as our Performance and Pathways Manager. Jennifer announced her retirement as an athlete on the programme following the World Championships in September, ending her time on the programme as one of Scotland’s most successful athletes, so she can start this new chapter in the sport.
The Scottish Qualifier took place at Bo’ness Recreation Centre on Sunday 28th October. There was a wide age range of competitors from Primary 6 to Secondary 6 and competitors came from all over Scotland; Inverness, Aberdeen, Jedburgh, Lockerbie... and we also had guests from Wales, Newcastle and the Isle of Man.
